A reservation becomes confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been issued through our reservation system or by Sand n Stars. Reservations may be subject to additional rental terms, house rules, payment requirements, resort requirements, and policies presented during the booking process. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the terms of a confirmed rental agreement concerning a reservation, the applicable rental agreement will control with respect to that reservation.

Rates, fees, minimum-stay requirements, promotions, availability, taxes, and other reservation terms may change without notice prior to confirmation of a reservation.
Displaying a date as available does not guarantee that the date will remain available until a reservation has been completed.

However, furnishings, décor, equipment, amenities, restaurants, businesses, resort services, operating hours, pool availability, construction conditions, attractions, transportation options, and other features may change. 5. Resort Amenities and Third-Party Services
Sand n Stars is a privately owned condominium located within Laketown Wharf. Resort amenities and common areas are operated or controlled by parties other than Sand n Stars. We cannot guarantee the availability, operating hours, condition, maintenance, staffing, or continued operation of:

• Swimming pools

• Hot tubs

• Fitness facilities

• Elevators

• Parking facilities

• Restaurants

• Retail businesses

• Entertainment venues

• Fountain shows

• Beach-access areas

• Other resort amenities

Temporary closures, maintenance, weather, construction, private events, government action, safety concerns, or operational decisions may affect availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a confirmed reservation agreement, interruption or unavailability of a third-party or resort amenity does not automatically entitle a guest to a refund.

Information about restaurants, attractions, boating, fishing, golf, shopping, entertainment, and other third-party businesses is provided for convenience only. Sand n Stars does not own or control these businesses and does not guarantee their safety, quality, pricing, availability, schedules, or services.
